The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and text messages in a professional manner. This includes converting leads into prospective clients by identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Scheduling meetings and conference calls using platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and MS Team is an essential part of this role.
  • Preparing analysis reports and meeting minutes to ensure seamless communication is also a key responsibility.
  • This position requires the ability to assume additional duties as assigned by the Manager to support team goals.
  • Managing customer complaints, providing effective solutions, and ensuring timely resolution is crucial in this role.
  • A high level of professionalism when interacting with clients is necessary, responding efficiently and courteously to their inquiries.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum intermediate level of proficiency in any domain, accompanied by exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written). Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PP), RingCentral, Avaya/Cisco IP Phones is required.

Familiarity with the US Healthcare industry and 1-3 years of hands-on experience in customer support are essential. Availability to work during US working hours is mandatory.

Must-Have:

Fluent communication skills are necessary for success in this role. International calling and communication experience are highly valued. A female candidate is preferred, but all qualified applicants will be considered.

Salary Package:

The compensation package includes a salary range of $70k-$0k per month, along with various benefits and rewards.
