About Our Entry-Level Florist Position

We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Florist. This role is ideal for someone who wants to start their career in the floral industry and grow with our organization.

Job Description:

The Entry-Level Florist will be responsible for creating and arranging beautiful floral designs for various occasions. This includes weddings, birthdays, corporate functions, and other special events. You will work closely with experienced florists to learn essential skills and techniques to create stunning arrangements.

Responsibilities:
  • Create visually appealing floral arrangements that meet our high standards.
  • Assist senior florists with daily tasks, including preparing flowers, arranging bouquets, and maintaining inventory.
  • Develop knowledge of different types of flowers, their care instructions, and various design techniques.
  • Interact with customers to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with team members on new design ideas and displays.
Requirements:
  • Possess a passion for flowers and a desire to pursue a career as a florist.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and a good sense of color.
  • Show ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
