- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in various administrative and operational tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Contribute to team projects and support the execution of tasks as needed.
- Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a related field.
- Strong command of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Typing speed of at least 35-40 WPM.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in data entry software.
