  • Assist in recording entries in the general ledger module and perform periodic updates of the chart of accounts.
  • Prepare monthly opening and closing processes for different modules in the general ledger, importing data from relevant ERP modules in a timely manner.
  • Record Journal Vouchers in the ERP system and collect supporting documents from various departments.
  • Generate comprehensive financial reports, including Trial Balance, Grouping, and Account Analysis, using the ORACLE-based ERP system.
  • Respond to internal and external audit queries/discrepancies related to the general ledger.
