Functional Consultant & Trainer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

We are seeking a seasoned expert to join our team as a Functional Consultant and Trainer. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and a proven track record of delivering high-quality training and consultancy services.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organization, leveraging your expertise to drive business success. As a Functional Consultant and Trainer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch training sessions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, focusing on functional aspects.

You will develop and deliver customized training programs tailored to client needs, providing expert consultancy services to help them implement and optimize Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.

Mentorship and guidance are key aspects of this role, as you will foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment for junior consultants and trainers.

To excel in this position, you must stay up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in Dynamics 365 Business Central and incorporate them into your training materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, focusing on functional aspects.
  • Develop and deliver customized training programs tailored to client needs.
  • Provide expert consultancy services to clients, helping them implement and optimize Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants and trainers, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments and updates in Dynamics 365 Business Central and incorporate them into training materials.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote training programs and consultancy services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MB-800 certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a functional consultant and trainer in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Proven experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how they can be optimized using Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs.
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding junior consultants and trainers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Familiarity with ISV solutions and their integration with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Experience with popular ISV products such as Jet Reports, Continia Document Capture, and Tasklet Factory.
  • Understanding of ISV compliance and compatibility standards.
  • Experience in course development, examination, and assessment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with other Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
  • Knowledge of additional ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Ability to create interactive and multimedia training materials.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
