About the Role

We are seeking skilled professionals to fill Manufacturing Engineer positions, where you will play a key role in shaping our manufacturing systems using innovation and the latest technologies.

This exciting opportunity requires experience in working within a manufacturing environment, particularly in production capability support, non-conformance management, Lean manufacturing tools deployment, and problem-solving.

As a successful candidate, you will work in a highly regulated environment alongside design teams, technical experts, and operations staff to identify, develop, and implement innovative ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting production operations and delivering continuous improvement activities
  • Applying Lean manufacturing techniques, Value Stream Mapping, Statistical Process Control, and other relevant tools
  • Developing process control and problem investigation skills
  • Creating process and manufacturing documentation to ensure safe systems of work
  • Driving and managing improvements through to completion and validating efficiencies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in manufacturing or operational environments, supporting production and driving efficiencies
  • Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and inventory management
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
