About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Tile Merchandiser to showcase our tile products, provide expert advice to customers, and achieve sales targets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining an attractive showroom display, engaging with customers, and ensuring accurate sales records.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain an attractive showroom display to showcase tile products
2. Engage with customers, offering expert advice on tile selection and demonstrating tile designs
3. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of available tile products and prices
4. Collaborate with the warehouse team to verify stock levels and ensure efficient inventory management
5. Effectively use mobile or computer tools to process sales, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records
6. Ensure the showroom remains clean, organized, and visually appealing
7. Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business

Requirements:

• Experience in sales (tiles, hardware, or construction materials is beneficial)
• Basic understanding of tile types and their applications
• Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with customers
• Familiarity with using mobile apps, email, and basic computer software
• Matriculation or higher qualification is required; intermediate education is preferred
• Honesty, hard work, and professionalism are essential
