Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Online Presence Manager to spearhead the growth of our online presence.

  • Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Collaborate with designers and writers to create engaging content for posts, stories, reels, carousels, and videos.
  • Manage daily posting schedules, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate monthly reports with actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, viral content, hashtags, and platform updates.
  • Run and optimize paid social media ad campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience behavior, and market trends. They will also possess excellent written communication and content planning skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed strategic decisions.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, and Meta Business Suite.
