Job Description:

Yaseen Rehman Trading, a leading company in the fertilizer industry, is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to oversee retail sales operations and accounting practices. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of relevant experience and bring strong analytical and numerical skills to our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee retail sales operations and ensure efficient accounting practices.
  • Manage bookkeeping, including maintaining financial records and reports.
  • Develop sales strategies to enhance customer and dealer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and manage employees across different divisions.
  • Provide training and leadership to junior staff.
