Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Air Freight Manager. This is a key leadership position that requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and excellence in air freight operations.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers, carriers, and suppliers to ensure seamless logistics and mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily air freight operations, including traffic management, technical support, and resource allocation.
  • Financial Management: Prepare department budgets, manage expenses, and optimize financial performance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to IATA regulations and maintain necessary certifications.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • More than 8 years of relevant experience in air freight management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other software applications.
