Cloud Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly responsible, independent and disciplined Cloud Solutions Expert who can empathize with customer needs and provide extraordinary technical support.

This individual will work in close coordination with our globally distributed teams, adjusting to our data-driven culture and striving for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide best-in-class support and solutions to customers through various channels, including tickets, chat, phone, and collaboration tools.
  • Perform complex cloud migrations and assist junior colleagues with their migration processes.
  • Help customers with application load tests and upgrades.
  • Convert complex chat queries into actionable tickets when necessary.
  • Monitor and respond to abuse reports from various sources in close coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Apply analytical skills and problem-solving techniques to understand and resolve customer issues while keeping them informed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong technical background with a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure environments (AWS, GCE, etc.) and its underlying technologies (Linux, Nginx, Apache, MySQL, etc.).
  • Experience as a developer is an asset.
  • Empathy and emotional intelligence, allowing you to understand and address customer pain points.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration across cultures and mediums.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, enabling swift resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Broad knowledge of cloud infrastructure environments (AWS, GCE, etc.) is a plus.
