Claims Management Expert

We are seeking a skilled Claims Management Expert to lead our claims process. This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless resolution of customer complaints and disputes.

  • Manage the claims process from intake to resolution.
  • Develop effective claims handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Law.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in claims management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing claims processes and resolving complex disputes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
