Responsibilities:
  • Manage the founder's workflow efficiently by handling emails, calls, and communication.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings effectively.
  • Track expenses and prepare basic reports.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Proficiency in office tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, and similar applications.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
