Senior Software Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software developer to fill this key role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop software modules based on provided specifications, ensuring quality and meeting requirements.
  • Support the development of new product lines and upgrade existing products to maintain competitiveness.
  • Propose effective architectural solutions that balance cost, quality, and schedule demands.
  • Mentor junior engineers to ensure knowledge transfer and productivity growth.
  • Collaborate with project teams to design prototypes validating application functionality and user experience.
  • Assist managers in analyzing project requirements and designs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Participate in design, code, and test plan reviews, providing recommendations as needed to drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyze software issues and recommend workaround solutions to minimize downtime and ensure system availability.
  • Develop best practices to ensure software functionality, usability, reliability, and availability.
  • Contribute to developing design documents, white papers, training documents, and software architectural documents to support knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' experience in .NET technologies (.NET Core, MVC) with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Experience working with database management systems (MySQL, SQL Server) and large-scale systems to ensure data integrity and scalability.
  • Strong expertise in web architecture and associated frameworks to deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools to streamline workflow and enhance productivity.
