We are seeking a creative and proactive individual to join our volunteer team as Social Media Designer.

In this role, you will create engaging content that reflects our mission and values while collaborating with a dynamic team dedicated to sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and create impactful social media content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate on posts, stories, carousels, and videos that align with our environmental mission and multicultural audience.
  • Develop content in English and in Urdu, Persian, or Arabic if proficient, or work closely with translators to reach diverse audiences.
  • Work with the Social Media Strategy Lead and Founder to align content with organizational goals.
  • Participate in team discussions to brainstorm ideas, refine strategies, and ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Incorporate basic environmental knowledge into content, promoting reusable solutions, eco-friendly practices, and responsible consumption.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in environmental movements, content creation, or multilingual skills.

Sustainability Insights:

  1. A basic understanding of environmental issues and a passion for sustainability.
  2. Creativity and storytelling skills to craft engaging content.
  3. Skilled at using design tools.
  4. Multilingual proficiency in Urdu, Persian, or Arabic is a plus, or the ability to collaborate with translators.
  5. Strong team player who can work collaboratively and independently when needed.
