Enterprise Solution Architect Role

About the Position

You will design and implement scalable, integrated, and aligned enterprise solutions using Oracle EBS architecture. Lead system integration efforts between Oracle EBS and other platforms to drive business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and design end-to-end enterprise architectures.
  • Lead complex system integration projects.
  • Drive solution design workshops with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Provide architectural governance and best practices.
  • Oversee upgrades, migrations, and roadmaps to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, and security across enterprise environments.
  • Mentor cross-functional teams to enhance skills.
  • Conduct performance tuning, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize system efficiency.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite in an architect or senior technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of core EBS modules: Financials, SCM, and HRMS.
  • Expertise in Oracle database technologies, SQL, PL/SQL, and application performance tuning.
  • Solid experience with integration tools and application server configuration.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage business stakeholders and technical teams alike.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
Nice to Have
  • Oracle certifications.
  • Experience in large-scale global ERP implementations.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements.
