Tower Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Tower Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative ideas on energy saving, developing remote monitoring strategies and ensuring seamless data flow across all systems.

You will work closely with vendors to integrate the latest technologies and best practices, ensuring that the Remote Monitoring System meets both current and future network monitoring needs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative ideas on energy saving and devise solutions to improve efficiency with sustainability in the network infrastructure.
  • Develop remote monitoring strategies for real-time tracking of power performance.
  • Ensure seamless data flow across all systems.
  • Work closely with vendors to integrate the latest technologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize energy usage during peak demand periods.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or relevant qualification.
  • 5-7 years of experience in relevant domain.
  • Strong knowledge of implementation and integration of Power Solutions and Remote Monitoring Systems.
  • Good knowledge of communication protocols such as MQTT, Modbus, SNMP, DNP3, etc.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English, effective reporting, presentation and communication skills.
