As a highly skilled iOS developer, you will be responsible for supporting and refining our data-driven iOS applications. This involves converting requirements into conceptual designs, structural architectures, functional specifications, and final products.

You will work closely with our team to code the front end of iOS mobile applications using Swift and storyboards in Xcode, as well as collaborate with back-end developers to enable app functionality and populate data stores in the mobile app.

Your role will also involve assisting in customer support investigations, contributing to the ongoing maintenance and support of existing applications, and generating and distributing customer app releases in both Enterprise and App Store.

Additionally, you will work with DevOps to automate build processes for all app targets.

Job Specification
  • Required Skills:
  • Expertise in Swift 2+
  • Expertise in XCode
  • Expertise in Swift Package Manager
  • Knowledge of iOS/iPadOS 14 coding updates
  • Experience with managing large multi-target (50+) Xcode projects
  • Experience with Localization
  • Experience creating test plans (both UI and normal unit tests)
  • Ability to connect heavily data-driven iOS apps to endpoints via pure Swift networking classes/structures
  • Multithreading and GCD competence
  • Code optimization for speed
  • Functional programming and high-order functions
  • Version control with Git using Xcode's built-in source control
  • App Store Connect distribution
  • Enterprise app distribution
  • Required Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in Swift/XCode development or computer science
  • 5+ years' experience in Agile, iterative, and waterfall methodologies
  • 1-2 years' experience in test-driven development
  • Desired Skills:
  • Enterprise-class mobile application experience
  • Core Animation
  • SwiftUI
  • Objective C
  • UX design

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with UI design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
