We are seeking a senior business analyst to lead the implementation of SAP Business One.

Implementation Objectives
  1. Implementation Roadmap:
    • Develop a detailed implementation roadmap for SAP Business One, aligning with business objectives and requirements.
  2. System Configuration and Customization:
    • Configure SAP Business One to meet the organization's specific needs.
    • Customize the system to align with business processes and requirements.
  3. Data Migration and Integration:
    • Migrate data from legacy systems to SAP Business One, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
    • Integrate SAP Business One with other systems as needed.
  4. User Training and Support:
    • Conduct end-user training sessions on SAP Business One functionalities, modules, and processes.
    • Develop training materials and user manuals for future reference.
    • Provide hands-on support to users during the initial phase of system adoption.
  5. Project Management and Quality Assurance:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions accordingly.
    • Ensure the project is completed within the agreed timeline and meets quality standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Expertise and Experience:
    • Proven experience in SAP Business One implementation, customization, and training.
    • Strong knowledge of SAP Business One modules and functionality.
    • Experience with data migration and system integration.
  2. Communication and Presentation:
    • Excellent training and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Project Management and Organization:
    • Ability to manage time effectively and deliver results within tight deadlines.
    • Experience working in short-term, fast-paced projects.
  4. Certifications (Preferred):
    • SAP Business One Certification or relevant SAP certifications.
