Software Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software developer to provide support and maintenance for our software applications. As a key member of our production support team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to production systems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and maintenance for software applications, applying new changes to the code and fixing bugs for production issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and resolve customer-reported problems.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks, including backup, performance tuning, and monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to production support procedures and processes.
  • Continuously enhance software applications to improve performance, security, and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a software developer in .Net or a similar role.
  • Proficient in technologies such as .NET (MVC), Web Services/Web API, SQL Server, C#, jQuery, AJAX.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in production support and troubleshooting of software applications.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
