We are seeking an experienced professional to take on a senior leadership role in our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning and preparing business functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.

Key responsibilities include ensuring regulatory, mandatory, and business changes are defined, developed, and executed efficiently on the Group payments platform.

The successful candidate will also review global and regional Functional Change Requests to assess validity and feasibility in line with current user requirements.

Additionally, they will eliminate non-applicable requirements and ensure the most cost-effective delivery of a solution to meet user needs.

They will organise and run meetings with key stakeholders to review user requirements and advise on the appropriate approach to any functional change.

Furthermore, they will provide SME inputs during defect review calls and triage meetings, and help resolve production issues and incidents along with IT and core Ops teams.

  1. Owning and preparing business functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
