As an Application Maintenance and Support consultant, you will provide functional support in the design, configuration, and troubleshooting of our platform.

Main Duties
  1. Be the key contact for assigned clients and manage their inquiries through a ticketing system.
  2. Work closely with client teams to handle increased support demands or participate in task forces to address urgent requirements.
  3. Understand client business needs and develop solutions to facilitate communication between technical groups.
  4. Promote proactive maintenance initiatives based on industry best practices and statistical trends.
  5. Contribute to defining, evaluating, and delivering software fixes, including identifying business-acceptable workarounds.
  6. Collaborate with product teams to share client feedback and identify application evolutions to address emerging business needs.
  7. Coordinate system, performance, and integration testing.
  8. Ensure release management strategies align with client policies.
  9. Analyze and interpret statistical data and trends related to service levels and operational efficiency.
