Digital Marketing Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

This role involves developing and executing online marketing campaigns across various social channels. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of establishing effective marketing strategies in fast-paced technology companies, focusing on B2B and consumer-based products.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and roadmaps for our products.
  • Create marketing plans aligned with our business goals.
  • Collaborate with product development teams on go-to-market strategies based on each product.
  • Design and maintain marketing databases for email, social channels, and display ad campaigns.
  • Drive forward SEO and SEM initiatives with internal and external partners.
  • Benchmark marketing performance and prepare reports.
  • Partner with stakeholders to prepare high-quality content, landing pages, and manage publication lifecycles.
  • Manage AdWords and other paid channels.
  • Set targets and build strategies to achieve them.
  • Develop and test ad copy for operational efficiency.
  • Create and optimize landing pages to increase signups.
  • Develop and execute campaigns to improve lead quality and outperform the competition.
  • Analyze data around web traffic and other key metrics.
  • Monitor KPIs and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across various online channels.
  • Drawing meaningful conclusions from campaign data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate campaign developments, timelines, and results to team members.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience, particularly in digital marketing activities, analytics, and optimization.
  • Proven experience in building campaign strategies from scratch.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including familiarity with pivot tables and vlookup functionality.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and ability to set up tracking and reporting mechanisms.
  • Experience working with data.
  • Ability to be creative in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.
  • Experience with Google AdWords and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experience managing campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging social channels.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create engaging presentations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Mass Communication (preferable but not required).
