Job Description

The role of an Assistant Manager Finance involves overseeing the financial aspects of an organization. Key responsibilities include managing cash flow, determining profitability, controlling expenses, and producing timely financial reports.

Accountabilities
  • Financial Planning: Develop strategic business plans to support the organization's goals.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare periodic, quarterly, and annual internal financial statements for review by senior leadership.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, be proficient in QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle, and have experience with taxation, petty cash handling, and regulatory compliances.

  • ACCA certification preferred, with additional certifications (CPA, CFA, CMA) a plus.
  • Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience preferably in a technology firm.
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to manage complex formulas.
  • Knowledge of US taxes and accounting principles.
