Project Manager Role

This position involves providing day-to-day oversight and guidance to project team members to ensure the successful implementation of all project activities.

Key responsibilities include supervising the establishment of libraries, delivery of training sessions, book development, and dissemination of books and multimedia content.

  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Monitor implementation progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Review work plans, reports, and completed activities to ensure alignment with project objectives and quality standards.
Skillset
  • Leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Budget management and reporting experience.
  • MS Office proficiency and experience with project tracking/reporting tools.
Qualifications
  • A Master's/Bachelor's degree in Education, Development Studies, Public Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in the education or development sector.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently across Pakistan.
