We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies that align with business objectives and target audience.
  • Content Development: Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and relevant content across various social media platforms.
  • Social Media Community Building: Manage social media accounts, monitor user engagement, and respond to comments, questions, and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute social media campaigns to drive lead generation.
  • Performance Measurement: Analyze social media metrics and insights to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure the business remains competitive and relevant.
  • Public Presence: Act as the face of the company for events, video content, and other public-facing opportunities, and engage with customers while maintaining a consistent brand visibility and messaging across all social media platforms.
  • Advertising and Customer Support: Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns and collaborate with the customer service team to address customer issues and concerns raised on social media platforms.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Preferred 1+ years of experience in social media management.
