Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for maintaining a satisfactory and good environment between production, warehouse, maintenance, and marketing according to GMP and GLP.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Responsible for ensuring that all facilities required to perform tests in standard manners like energy resources, weighing, and environmental conditions are available.">
  3. Review all environmental monitoring records on a monthly basis.">
  4. Ensure appropriate SOPs are available for all tests performed under the scope of accreditation.">
  5. Authorize activities to individuals based on their evaluation, experience, training, and satisfactory knowledge of testing, equipment, and calibration.">
  6. Prepare job descriptions for each member of the laboratory.">
  7. Ensure competent and authorized persons are performing operational work of Equipment, performance, and calibration.">
  8. Evaluate the Laboratory and ensure that it is capable of performing tests as per specifications and standards.">
  9. Manage the smooth working and technical activities in Q.C.">
  10. Authorized to release or reject the Raw Material, Packaging Material, In-process Product for further processing, and finished product on valid grounds.">
  11. Responsible for evaluation and approval of suppliers and vendors.">
  12. Assign complaints to the Laboratory staff for investigation of root causes and proposed corrective actions.">
  13. Responsible for all purchases made in the laboratory, raising requisitions containing the specifications of reagents, equipment, glassware, chemicals, and microbiological articles.">
  14. Ensure that bulk samples of chemicals and glassware are stored by the material management department under conditions agreed upon and verified by QCM.">
  15. Review and monitor the objectives regularly and revise whenever needed.">
  16. Evaluate and recommend changes to existing processes to improve efficiency and quality.">
  17. Develop and implement new procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.">

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company. You should also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
