Job Overview

We seek a seasoned Information Security Manager to lead our security team in driving effective information security strategies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of information security professionals, fostering collaboration, professional development, and knowledge sharing.
  • Implement robust security controls, risk assessment frameworks, and programs that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide strategic guidance on the design, development, and expansion of ISMS across the global organization, ensuring alignment with business needs and capabilities.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
  • Ensure timely identification, communication, and remediation of security risks and issues, promoting a proactive approach to security management.
  • Oversee vulnerability management efforts, focusing on contextual risk analysis to prioritize findings based on business impact and not solely on scan outputs.
  • Balance risk identification and treatment with business capabilities and resources, maintaining a balanced approach to security and business objectives.
  • Conduct and oversee third-party risk assessments, including vendor assessments, control reviews, and policy adherence.
  • Provide global security governance support, including preparation of stakeholder reports and communication of security posture, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Measure and analyze control effectiveness, identify relevant metrics, report findings, and lead remediation tracking efforts, driving continuous improvement.
  • Champion security initiatives across the enterprise, promoting a culture of security awareness and responsibility.
