High-Impact Video Producer Needed

We are seeking a visionary video producer to join our marketing team.

This remote position involves creating engaging, high-impact video ads and content for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver exceptional video content for advertising campaigns, social media, and website use.
  • Design and animate advanced motion graphics, including titles, lower thirds, animated logos, branded transitions, and special effects.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate campaign goals into visually compelling stories.
  • Manage the post-production workflow, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Stay ahead of video trends, techniques, and platform requirements.
  • Optimize video assets for different formats and aspect ratios across all platforms.
  • Maintain organized project files, follow branding guidelines, and ensure consistency across all content.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for campaigns, new video series, and content innovations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in video production and motion graphics design.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or similar NLE and animation tools).
  • A strong portfolio of short-form ads, social videos, and branded motion graphics.
  • Deep understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and digital video best practices.
  • Experience editing and delivering video content for paid ads and organic posts on major platforms.
  • Proficient in color grading, audio mixing, and optimizing for multiple formats.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for testing new styles and effects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
