Warehouse Supervisor

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising a warehouse while maintaining standardized parameters of stock keeping. This includes ensuring compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP). They will also be required to conduct self-inspection and QMS/GDP-related training if necessary.

Key responsibilities include timely monitoring and feedback of sales operations, including van maintenance. The successful candidate must ensure the employee headcount of the branch is complete and manage cash handling and bank deposits as per stated criteria.

Other key tasks include controlling credit supplies and cheque returns, facilitating business by supporting sales operations provided by senior management and principals, and visiting approved credit parties to assure timely payment recovery.

This role requires the ability to meet sales targets and production goals, command on MS Office Suite, and sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices. Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations is also essential.
