Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Inverter Sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share
  • Bid on and secure new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in the solar industry, preferably in sales or business development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong influencing and presentation skills
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and confident individual with a can-do attitude
