Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to support our branding and marketing efforts on various social media channels. This role is ideal for someone early in their career with a passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing.

This person will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

The successful candidate will have the ability to create engaging, clear, and creative content for social media posts, blogs, emails, and other marketing channels.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, schedule, and post engaging content across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor social media platforms for mentions, comments, and questions, and engage with the online community professionally.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our social media presence.
  • Help create visually appealing content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Maintain a content calendar and plan content to coincide with key dates, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Support branding initiatives by maintaining consistency in messaging and visual identity across all channels.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns and brand-building efforts.
  • Participate in relevant online communities to promote our brand and offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Spark to create visual content.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms to create and manage email campaigns, including writing, designing, and analyzing performance.
  • Research skills to inform strategy and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
