Deep Learning Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled Deep Learning Specialist to join our team and lead the development of advanced deep learning models for image, text, or signal data. You will be responsible for designing and deploying cutting-edge deep learning architectures that drive business growth and innovation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Optimize Deep Learning Architectures: Utilize your expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) to design and optimize complex neural networks that meet project requirements.
  • Fine-Tune LLMs or CNNs: Leverage transfer learning techniques to fine-tune large language models (LLMs) or convolutional neural networks (CNNs) for specific tasks and applications.
  • Address Overfitting, Data Imbalance, and Model Bias Issues: Develop strategies to mitigate overfitting, data imbalance, and model bias issues, ensuring that your models generalize well across various datasets and environments.
  • Evaluate DL Models in Production Environments: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and evaluate deep learning models in production environments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Share Best Practices: Share your knowledge and experience with engineering teams to promote best practices in deep learning model development and deployment.

Qualification and Experience
  • Masters or PhD in AI, Deep Learning, or Related Field: Possess a strong foundation in artificial intelligence, deep learning, or related fields, with a degree from an accredited institution.
  • 3+ Years of Deep Learning Experience: Bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience in deep learning development and deployment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong Grasp of DL Frameworks: Be proficient in leading deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and others.
  • Experience in Transfer Learning, GANs, Transformers: Have extensive experience working with transfer learning, generative adversarial networks (GANs), and transformers, with a deep understanding of their applications and limitations.

Certification: Preferred but not required. We value certifications that demonstrate your commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
