Nurse Trainer

A top-notch Nurse Educator is sought after to provide high-quality training and education in a dynamic healthcare setting.

• Conduct thorough needs assessments for orientees/trainees during courses and traineeship.
• Develop, design and execute orientation programmes, training courses, basic skills training, in-service education and sessions for nursing staff.
• Create, organize and implement programmes, courses, workshops to meet broad nursing requirements and institutional patient care objectives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of individual and group learning experiences.
• Ensure educational programmes align with organizational goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution, at least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse/equivalent, and valid licensure from the relevant authority. Certification in BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP (Provider/Instructor) is also required.
