About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing procurement processes for allocated categories or segments. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Responsibilities:- Manage procurement processes from start to finish, including purchase requests, quotations, and contract management
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate new sources of supply to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Prepare and present reports on procurement performance and savings initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements include a Master's degree in commerce, accounts, finance, or business, 2-3 years of experience in procurement, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of SAP and MS Office is also essential.
