Job Summary:

The Production Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the company's production targets, enhancing efficiency and performance, and maintaining high-quality standards. This position involves exercising GMP and HACCP principles to ensure the production of excellent products.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve the company's objectives, including driving growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and increasing profitability.

  2. Ensure continuous improvement across all operational areas, foster a culture of quality, and maintain total quality management to meet customer expectations.

  3. Oversee budgeting, planning, and programs to optimize equipment, space, facility, and human resource utilization for manufacturing objectives.

  4. Critically review operating results and recommend updates to Management on issues affecting Quality and Profitability.

  5. Develop tactical plans to achieve factory operational goals, ensure optimal production capacity, and maintain minimal backorder status and adequate service levels through close collaboration among various departments.

  6. Promote desired product quality and maintain product standards through vigilant administration of high manufacturing standards, employee awareness, training programs, and adherence to housekeeping standards.

  7. Ensure managerial and specialized personnel have the necessary training and motivation to achieve management and manufacturing objectives.

  8. Establish positive employee relations, formulate, develop, and implement policies and action plans to maximize production.

  9. Develop strategic vision for operations direction and performance requirements aligned with the company's mission and objectives.

  10. Lead and manage the commercial and supply chain process, as well as the activities of the Logistics department and warehouses.

  11. Maintain close liaison with the QA department to ensure compliance with quality standards.

  12. Be punctual for duty, adhere to the code of conduct while on duty, promote it among others, and coordinate effectively with management and labor for smooth workflow.

  13. Perform any additional duties assigned by Management.
