Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Visual Storyteller and Creative Producer to join our team. As a key member of the marketing and creative teams, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content and ad creatives that capture our brand's essence and communicate our message effectively.

Your creative process will be enhanced using the latest tools such as stock images, video footage, and AI-powered tools.

  • Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, digital ads, social media platforms, websites, and more.
  • Use stock images, video footage, and AI tools to create engaging ad creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute video content that appeals to target audiences.
  • Optimize video content for various platforms, ensuring each video meets the required format and specifications.
  • Edit and post-produce video content using industry-standard software and AI-based tools.
  • Source and select appropriate stock footage, images, music, and effects to enhance storytelling and visual appeal.
  • Maintain an organized library of assets, project files, and completed video content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest video production trends, AI tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and creativity in the production process.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a videographer, video editor, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing video content and ad creatives.
  • Proficiency in video production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
  • Familiarity with AI tools for video creation and editing (e.g., AI video generators, AI-assisted editing software).
  • Experience with stock libraries for sourcing assets.
  • Strong understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and optimizations for social media and digital advertising platforms.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
