Sales Representative Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products and services, generating and managing leads, providing customer support and service, and achieving sales targets within a specified timeframe.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong selling skills, problem-solving skills, and pressure-handling skills. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing your workload accordingly. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of successfully closing sales targets and generating revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting outbound calls to potential customers
  • Generating and managing leads
  • Providing customer support and service
  • Achieving sales targets within a specified timeframe

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in telesales or a related sales/customer service role
  • Proven experience in cold calling and successfully closing sales targets
  • Strong selling skills, problem-solving skills, and pressure-handling skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
