Senior Compliance Officer

This role involves overseeing the implementation of IMS and ISO standards across the organization, ensuring adherence to internal policies, external regulations, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Compliance Frameworks: Create, maintain, and update compliance policies and procedures in line with IMS and ISO standards to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • Conduct Internal and External Audits: Plan, execute, and manage audits to verify adherence to legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
  • Monitor Regulatory Changes: Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and standards to update compliance frameworks accordingly.
  • Address Non-Conformance Issues: Collaborate with departments to address non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Facilitate Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs on IMS, ISO, and compliance-related topics to promote awareness and understanding.
  • Prepare Compliance Reports: Compile and present compliance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with External Agencies: Work closely with external auditors, certification bodies, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth compliance processes.
  • Identify and Mitigate Compliance Risks: Conduct risk assessments and suggest measures to mitigate compliance risks.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting initiatives aligned with IMS and ISO requirements.
  • Maintain Documentation and Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records to support audit and certification processes.
