We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee SQA Engineer. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to the development of software products.
The successful candidate will assist in developing and executing test cases, participate in testing activities, and collaborate with developers to ensure quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Test Planning: Assist in planning and executing test cases and plans under the guidance of senior team members.
- Software Testing: Participate in functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Defect Management: Learn to identify, document, and track software defects using testing management tools.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with developers and team members to ensure quality standards are met.
- Process Improvement: Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving testing processes.
- Professional Development: Stay updated with software testing best practices and emerging technologies.
- Academic Background: Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of SDLC and software testing principles. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team and respond positively to feedback.
