Microsoft Power Platform is a powerful tool that enables organizations to create custom solutions that meet their specific business needs. As a consultant, you will work with clients to understand their requirements and design, develop, and implement scalable Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SharePoint (On-Prem & Online) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). They must be able to conduct sessions with clients to understand their business needs and translate those needs into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop enterprise-grade Microsoft solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on the effective use of Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

  • Work closely with project managers and technical teams to deliver high-quality projects within budget and time.

  • Develop SPFx components, custom connectors, and integrations with Microsoft Teams and third-party systems.

  • Provide end-to-end support from requirement gathering to successful deployment of solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint (On-Prem & Online) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).

  • Strong client-facing and consulting skills, with experience in presales support and solution demonstrations.

  • Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver complex Microsoft solutions.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API, SPFx, Azure integrations, and Teams extensions.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.

  • Experience working with international clients preferred.

  • Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365) are an advantage.
