Job Title: HVAC Engineer

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Engineer to oversee the installation of new units or replacement parts for existing ones according to specifications and established safety guidelines.
  • The ideal candidate will maintain and perform engineering transformations of the HVAC system to ensure safe and economical operation.
  • Responsibilities include preparing equipment annual maintenance plans, monthly maintenance plans, and spare parts plans.
  • You will assist in developing, reviewing, and approving construction plans.
  • As a technical leader, you will provide leadership in the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
  • Establish schedules and methods for troubleshooting operational issues.
  • Ensure routine general inspection of electrical & electronics machinery, equipment & its maintenance.
  • Identify and perform mechanical system preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Participate in procurement of generator, air conditioning, HVAC, electrical appliances, and required assets.
  • Manage maintenance activities related to HVAC systems, lifts, electrical, and electronics devices & equipment.
  • Plan HVAC upgradation projects by determining specifications; selecting contractors; establishing installation schedules.
  • Perform audits on all HVAC systems collect data and perform periodic evaluation and monitor logbooks.
  • Manage operation and maintenance of chillers and install and maintain dehumidification systems.
  • Analyze load programs and perform required calculations on same and manage electrical requirements for HVAC equipment.
  • Identify and assess risks under their management/ownership.
