We are seeking a highly skilled Bachelor's degree in Business Continuity Management, Risk Management, or a related field holder to join our team as a Business Continuity Management Professional. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and methodologies.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • ">
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining business continuity plans within an ISO 22301 framework;">
  • Conducting risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to business operations;">
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to prioritize risks and develop mitigation strategies;">
  • Conducting business impact analysis to identify critical resources, maximum tolerable downtime, recovery time objective, and recovery point objective;">
  • Establishing and managing incident response, crisis management, and disaster recovery frameworks;">
  • Celebrating regular drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of continuity and response plans;">
  • Analyzing test results and incidents to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements;">
  • Providing training to employees on business continuity principles, procedures, and their roles in a disruption;">
  • Fostering a culture of preparedness and resilience across the organization.">

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • ">
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Continuity Management, Risk Management, or a related field;">
  • Certification in Business Continuity Management (e.g., CBCP - Certified Business Continuity Professional) is highly desirable;">
  • At least two years of proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing business continuity plans within an ISO 22301 framework;">
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and methodologies;">
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills;">
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex processes and projects;">
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to business continuity.">
