Real Estate Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager-Project Sales, you will be responsible for selling property units, conducting site visits, and providing demonstrations to clients while ensuring timely closure of deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients
  2. Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
  3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  4. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

Qualifications:

  • Education to degree level or equivalent practical experience in real estate sales or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices
