Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sourcing Strategies: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain Supplier Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key suppliers, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Utilize negotiation skills to secure the best possible terms and prices from suppliers.
  • Order and Deliver Goods/Services: Approve orders, finalize details, and ensure efficient delivery processes.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
  • Sourcing and Procurement Knowledge: In-depth understanding of sourcing and procurement techniques, including market analysis and supplier evaluation.
  • Negotiation and Leadership Skills: Excellent negotiation and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in supplier management software and other relevant tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
