Job Description:

B.E. Mechanical Engineering with 9 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operations and maintenance of compression stations across the SSGC transmission network, ensuring seamless functionality at all locations within the Transmission department.
  • Demonstrate expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with Turbo Machinery, including SOLAR and DR gas engines, as well as gas compressors.
  • Utilize in-depth understanding of Turbine engine and compressor major overhauling, encompassing spare parts management and vendor liaison through Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA).
  • Showcase proficiency in FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) and Engineering Modification related to rotating equipment.
  • Develop strong command over rotating equipment condition monitoring techniques, including vibration analysis and lube oil analysis.
  • Familiarize yourself with PTW/Risk assessment and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) procedures for pipeline jobs.
  • Capable of creating and managing maintenance revenue and capital expenditure budgets effectively.
  • Comfortable working on Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) platforms.
