Key Responsibilities:

  • Long-term Planning: Contribute significantly to long-term planning initiatives, driving operational excellence and strategic growth.
  • Financial Management: Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems, and controls, including the development of individual program budgets.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coach office staff on a regular basis, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Employee Management: Manage all aspects of employee operations and supervision, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
Job Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
