**Job Title:** Financial Clerk

**Job Responsibilities**
  • We are looking for an experienced Financial Clerk to join our team.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, and managing profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Additionally, you will maintain company ledgers, handle invoices, complete tax forms, enter data, and create reports and financial statements.
  • Furthermore, you will process accounts receivable/payable, handle payroll, reconcile entries into the accounting system, record debits and credits, and account reconciliation to assess the accuracy of transactions.
  • You will also use your knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements and monitor any variances from the projected budget.
**Job Specification**
  • To succeed in this role, you must be able to work quickly and accurately, have good concentration, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • You should be able to produce work with a high level of accuracy and be able to streamline functions and have a passion to learn and grow.

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA are preferred.
  • Minimum two years' experience in accounting/finance field.
