Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive successful lead conversion for our innovative Retrofit Kit solution.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring incoming leads on WhatsApp, responding promptly to inquiries and messages from potential customers, and engaging leads in meaningful conversations to understand their pain points, preferences, and transportation needs.

Presents the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our Retrofit Kit, demonstrating how it can address specific requirements. Provides accurate and detailed product information, ensuring a clear understanding of the Retrofit Kit's capabilities. Addresses potential concerns and objections in a professional and reassuring manner. Nurtures leads over time, building rapport and trust through consistent communication.

Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor incoming leads on WhatsApp and respond promptly to inquiries and messages from potential customers.
  2. Engage leads in meaningful conversations, understanding their pain points, preferences, and transportation needs.
  3. Present the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our Retrofit Kit, demonstrating how it can address specific requirements.
  4. Craft persuasive messages and pitches to guide leads toward making informed decisions.
  5. Provide accurate and detailed product information, ensuring a clear understanding of the Retrofit Kit's capabilities.
  6. Address potential concerns and objections in a professional and reassuring manner.
  7. Nurture leads over time, building rapport and trust through consistent communication.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to tailor solutions based on individual lead profiles.
  9. Maintain clear and organized records of lead interactions and progress using CRM tools.
  10. Achieve lead conversion targets, contributing to the overall sales success of the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in lead conversion or sales, with a focus on remote communication platforms such as WhatsApp.

Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts concisely and persuasively.

Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.

Self-motivated and target-driven, with a knack for identifying and capitalizing on conversion opportunities.

Quick thinking and adaptable to different lead personas and scenarios.

Proficiency in using CRM tools and virtual communication platforms.

Familiarity with electric mobility or automotive products (preferred but not mandatory).
