Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated educator to join our faculty in the field of graphic design. The ideal candidate will have expertise in leading students in various design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions on graphic design principles, techniques, and best practices.
  2. Utilize industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Captivate, LightRoom, CorelDRAW, and In-Page to educate students.
  3. Foster an environment conducive to hands-on learning, address student queries, and provide individualized support when needed.
  4. Maintain accurate records of student progress, assess their performance, and offer constructive feedback for improvement.
  5. Mentor students in developing their portfolios, focusing on showcasing their creative potential and achievements.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design teaching or related fields is required.
  2. Ability to manage multiple batches, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
  3. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills are essential for effective collaboration with students and staff.
  4. Nurturing ability to guide students towards achieving their full potential.
